What is the status of my order?

You will receive an email as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Please keep in mind, our processing time is 7-14 business days!


How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Every item is made to order! We are a small team of 2 girls, so please allow up to 14 business days of processing time and 3-5 business days for shipping via our standard shipping method :)


Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer priority shipping options within checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are only able to cancel or change an order if they have not began processing. So if you wish to do so, make sure to notify us ASAP!

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can! Just make sure to email us at shopvirghoes@gmail.com and we’ll help you start the exchange process.

Can I get a refund or return my order?

If the next size up or down is unavailable, we take returns. Otherwise, we do exchanges.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than perfect condition! Please let us make it right. We will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement. Make sure to email shopvirghoes@gmail.com with your concerns.


I received the wrong items, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped. We are so sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused and we are here to make things right.
